Cancellation or change to requirements to an order for goods or services

Should you need to cancel an order for attendance at an advertised event or for the supply of any goods supplied in accordance with your instructions, we will return in full all sums received in a timely manner provided that;

We are notified of cancellation of attendance at an advertised event before the advertised final date for such cancellation – usually 7 days prior to the event unless advertised differently.

Goods ordered have not already been dispatched, or are returned to us in supplied condition.

We will always endeavor to accommodate any additional requests for amendment to an order notwithstanding the above.

Cancellation of donations

Should you need to cancel a donation made to Friendship Works following processing by us of your payment, we will refund in full all sums so received provided notice of cancellation is received in writing or email by us within 14 days of receipt of such payments.
